When mom mentioned an airport for Chase's location, I was pumped! Love a change of scenery and a senior session that is all about who he is! There was a pretty comical start to the shoot {funny now, not so funny then} with Chase's ring becoming STUCK on his finger. It may or may not have had to be sawed off at an urgent care facility...I'll never tell. :) As always, love meeting new clients and of course LOVE my seniors. I can't wait to see what is in store for Mr. Chase in the years to come. Enjoy the sneak peek!

I've said it before and I'll say it again...love me some seniors! Austin came out today and knocked out his senior pictures, and I'm sure he'll be thankful this Spring when he doesn't have to worry about it! I've known Austin's grandma for a LONG time, so it was nice to get to see who she's been braggin' about! :) It was also fun to hang out with his sweet mom and sister who got in on a few shots too! Cy Fair Seniors! 2014: It's Your Turn!

It's no secret...seniors are usually my favorite sessions? Why, you might ask? Well, because I spend 2/3 of my year teaching them in the classroom...so getting to spend some time outside the classroom and let them be themselves pretty much makes my day. Listening to their ideas and what they want for their shoot is usually a blast!

This video is several of our 2013 seniors that are moving on up to bigger and better things. This is also a call-to-action for the 2014 seniors. It's your turn. {SENIORS!} Cypress, Texas Senior Photographer

Playing a little catch up over here on the blog. You an always find same-night sneak peeks over on Facebook, but it takes me a few days to get over here and post. I'm workin' on it! :) Here are a few of the latest seniors. I must say, I have been blessed with some beautiful girls this year! {Boys, you've been handsome, don't sweat it} Here are a few of the most recent girls. We've got two more this week, and that may round out the class of 2013!

What a fun session this was! Brother and sister {not twins!} came ready for an awesome shoot. We had a great time visiting and finding out that we go to the same church. I was so proud of them when they wanted to include a shot of them praying for their pictures!! {Not in the preview, but it will be awesome!} I'm keeping my promise of getting back on the blogging train, so here we go! Session Catch Up {Cypress, TX Photography}

Want in on a little secret? You'll know it's a super busy time of year when posts on the blog fall off...and that they did. I am not sure much slowed down after the usual busy holiday season this year...for that, I am grateful! It's been such a blessing meeting so many new families and reconnecting with clients I see on a semi-annual basis. We've had all sorts of sessions from maternity, to newborn, to an engagement session, and lots of seniors! The weather has been amazing the last few weeks, and all of these sessions have been awesome. It is my goal to start blogging each session, y'all hold me to it! :)

I love when my students say, "Hey, Mrs. Owens will you take my senior pictures?!" YES, I will! I love me some seniors, especially ones that I've had the privilege to teach. Sarah, I was lucky enough to have for 2 years! She's headed to Blinn, and I can't wait to see where her path leads her!

Not one, but two of my favorite students. :)

One of my favorite parts of this photography journey is meeting new clients. Clients who randomly happen across my site, and choose me for me. :) Not to mention they drove two hours for me to take their pictures! We also got to try out some new locations. Bong is graduating from Lamar University, and Tina is graduating from Nederland High School.

I had an awesome afternoon/evening hanging out with these two fabulous ladies, and their mom and cousin. We hit up a few different locations to make sure each girl got a little something that they wanted. Bong and Tina, I hope you enjoy this sneak peak as much as I enjoyed this afternoon!
